Case Study: Green Ambassadors

  |     |   Sustainability

Our I-RES Green Ambassadors group is a dedicated team of staff tasked with implementing year-round sustainability initiatives. These initiatives are targeted at our employees, residents and community stakeholders. Having this dedicated group in place ensures that the appropriate internal teams at I-RES are engaged in supporting our ESG ambitions.

Comprising members from various disciplines, the group represents a cross-section of I-RES teams, fostering cross functional collaboration and the delivery of impactful initiatives. Each year, the group focuses on a number of key topics and develops a workplan to deliver against the year’s key topics.

The group actively collaborated with Owners Management Companies (OMCs) to expand the coverage of activities beyond the properties that we directly manage ourselves. Our newly launched I-RES Living app was also instrumental in allowing us to share our events programme with residents. Looking ahead, the group will continue to collaborate across the business and embed the existing programme of events within the Operations teams to propel our sustainability initiatives forward.
